Overhauled vehicle physics

Added various weather conditions

Improved shaders

Added dynamic skybox which changes with time of day & weather

Added new vehicles to purchase

Added new vehicle paint system

Added several ramps throughout the town, and a mission sequence to ramp over them for cash

Added "Sale" icons above shops which currently have active sales

Sale discounts are now also shown when the player hovers their mouse over locations

The top-down camera now tilts upwards slightly when zooming in

Added several camera distance settings for manual driving

Edible foods are now ordered correctly, with the most recent items first

Fixed bug with mouse scroll-wheel not working on certain UI elements

Fixed various bugs with saving/loading

Lots of other bug-fixes
